Let's Go Fly a Kite

Sherman & Sherman
Men's four part

Tenor: C4 - B flat 4
Lead: C3 - G4
Bari: E3 - A4
Bass: F2 - A3

This arrangement was commissioned by the Cottontown Chorus as the closer for their Mary Poppins show set, building on their contest numbers from the same musical. The song presents a simple metaphor of a soaring kite as a way to get your spirits likewise aloft, and clothes it in a tune that cannot help but cheer you up. Once you get this song in your head, it is virtually impossible to stop singing it.

The other songs in this package are:

Spoonful of Sugar/Jolly Holiday Medley
Mary Poppins Medley (Chim-chimeniee, Step in Time and Supercalifragilistic...)
Feed the Birds
